Nadya Suleman's has 14 children and we all heard that she has giving birth of Octuplets three years ago. It All over the news. She is incredible Mom. But as a woman, I really like to know how she got into shape back. This is answer...even she got her figure back but it leaves the huge stretch mark on her tummy.
While she claims to be proud of her shape, not even minding the stretch marks on her stomach, Nadya did admit that just two weeks after her C-section, she began doing 50 sit-ups a day.
She also became a fitness fanatic, hitting the gym three times a week for two-hour stints in the middle of the night while a friend babysat so she could 'get stronger'.
'I've never believed in diets,' Nadya said. 'I just eat healthily. I’m a pescatarian and eat 15 portions of fruit or vegetables a day. I eat so much!
